MY ROLE
As the product deisgner for AXP, I manage the entire design process, liaise with key customers, maintain design systems, and ensure deliverables are met for development. I serve as the bridge between design and development, synchronising updates about design among three product managers and thirteen developers.

ACHIVEMENTS
After thoroughly analyzing user insights through empathy maps, user journey maps, and personas, we progressed to the ideation phase, where we explored three potential directions. Ultimately, we opted for the banking app solution, aligning closely with our research findings and user needs.
